Problem: I found a serious problem in adding categories of interest to certain groups or organizations : the fact that it is impossible to put it at the highest level. For example, it is not possible to add "sustainable development" as an area of focus, but only its categories, such as "economic development", "social development", etc.
In an interconnected reality, this is I feel, a very serious flaw.
Suggestion: I believe all areas of focus should be at the same level, and be possible to choose, even though some are more general than others in scope.

@ Pierre: At the moment there are two levels to the WE Area of Focus taxonomy. It appears you are suggesting that you can tag with either a top level (current not allowed) and/or a bottom level (currently allowed). Is that correct?
