Add hyperlink for individual comment

Edit this Page

Sometimes a user need to refer to a specific comment he/she/other user made in the past. The comment can be in a page's comment section, or in a discussion thread.

At the moment, the only way to do so is by pointing to the URL of the page or the discussion and then manually quoting the comment or part of comment. Referring to the URL is not of much use if there are tons of comments in the page or discussion thread, because one will have to manually dig up the comment.

It'd be nice if a hyperlink (anchor) is added to individual comment for easy referencing. This way, when the URL for the comment is entered into the browser, upon complete loading of the page, the browser will instantly point to the comment (instead of showing the top of the page).

I see there's already a "Post ID" for each comment (visible when viewing the URLs of comments showing up in search results). So this should be easy to do from a programming perspective.
