Expanded Label for Organization Module in Groups +1

Current Situation
In groups there is a content module for organizations that let you show a list of organizations connected to the group. The information that is displayed in the organization list is the name and when and who last edited it.
Suggestion
Lets show some more information about the organization. Perhaps their location, their areas of focus, their contact information. This could especially helpful if the group admin customizes the group layout to the organization module be at the top or bottom of the group. Take a look at the bottom of Sustainably Growing the Local Food. Economy

Good idea. It ties in rather well with the groups layout designs we received from IDEO, so I'll make a note of this as we go over the final designs.

I agree: I was thinking the same thing with the anarchy alaska group; the more resources/ organizations you add to a group the setup seems to begin to become unwieldly; it would be nice to have a better way for people to view them comprehensively... or even if they could be organized by some sort of relevance rating (by group admins/ users etc.).
