WiserEarth is focused more on action (who WE are, what WE do ...) than speculation ;-) That said, there is on-going discussion on complete refundation of AoF, based on bowo's proposal to base a new taxonomy on the Earth's Charter, links to BDpedia categories etc. See http://www.wiserearth.org/article/f8516e873bf4ae7e016576286c3768dd You're welcome to jump in this discussion. |

How about philosophy as Good Thinking? Good Thinking is vertical --- not just lateral --- thinking; Vertical Thinking is cause relevant thinking. |

Bernard, philosophy is not about speculating. Philosophy (in its deep "existential" sense, as the ancient greeks understood it) is about how you connect your reflexions to your own lifes. For me that's 100% relevant to what WiserEarth promotes, in the sense that it raises your "level of awareness" of the world around you.
