Ability to Create Petitions +5

This suggestion was made by Frankpatton - there currently is no functionality supporting petitions, but it would be a great asset if WiserEarth had one - Camilla:
I would like to start a petition to Free Wang Xiaoning (see China Makes Crap for the story). Is there a place where I could set up such a petition and then point people from WE to sign it? I know the jerk from Yahoo is trying to cover his rear end with his plea to Sect Rice as away to spin Yahoo out of the mess he got that poor guy into - but in reality it's a good idea.
Wang needs our support and it also would bring up the larger issues that confound China with the trap they are in regarding market solutions to China's development. Social justice and market-based solutions are just two of the many dilemmas China has to face.
The Boycott the Olympics “banner” is just a tool to bring the larger issue - like Wang, to world attention.

Definitely agree with using existing software (open source) for this addition if there are enough votes for this feature to be implemented.

Since there are lots of petition sites out there is there a way to simply piggy pack on that - some widget on WE rather than building the functionality into WE?
