This will be used empower the user community by developing strategies to place these activities in their hands. Even the most mundane tasks should be listed. The only requisite is that you perform this action to some recurrent frequency.

WiserEarth Tasks

• Updating Media and Press Center
  Update new links to articles and websites highlighting WiserEarth and date of posting.

• Improving Areas of Focus pages
  Improve layouts and content of pages. Add relevant pictures, resources, events, organizations and videos.

• Cleaning up subportals
  A few subportals need some retooling and html recoding.

• Updating pages with HTML errors
  Fixing pages as listed on the Error Repair page.

  Moving questions that have been asked in the comments of the Help page's Ask link or the Feedback's Question link (which are the same wikipage) to the Question Box.

• Finding Dynamic Homepage Content
  Updating the changing content on the homepage (recently added portal, organization, and resource.) Finding related creative commons license pictures to go with this content.

• Updating Homepage Content
  Changing Today's information and updating any events that have passed. Rotate user avatars with new that have a decently filled profile.

  Updating events on a daily/weekly basis, removing past events.

• Reporting and Ticketing Bugs
  Screen for bugs and add them to the Bugs Report page. Identify blocker bugs and add create technical tickets for them.

  A lot of content on WiserEarth has the bare minimum of information. Double check contact info, improve the Areas of Focus selected, add images, and format text to organization pages.
