How bugs are recognized and fixed on Wiserearth.

- A question is asked via either the Help page or the Feedback page.
- Another member of the community then answers the question directly or the information is copied and transfered to the Question Box
- Once the information is in the question box, the webmaster determines whether the question is related to a technical bug or if it can be added to the FAQ.
- If the issue is recognized as a bug (by following the tips in the bugs report) it is given a ticket and passed on to the tech team.
