Add ability to undo a "Flag comment for removal"

Problem: I'm probably not the only one who has slipped or will slip a mouse click on a "Flag comment for removal" link.
Solution: Have the ability to undo, at least within 5 minutes or so, a "Flag comment for removal" click.
