What are the benefits of using WiserEarth groups?

It is free to use: There are no charges for using any of the tools provided and unlike other sites, your group is not cluttered with advertisements.

The tools provided are similar to Yahoo! and Google Groups: Your group benefits from many of the standard tools offered by these popular sites but in an ad-free, uncommercialized space.

You are part of the bigger picture: Your group becomes part of a larger social justice and environmental restoration network, allowing you to connect with others that share the same interests.

It's easy: Quickly and easily invite and manage members, create customized layouts, share knowledge and build your network. We are also unique in easily enabling content sharing and editing between groups.

Linked into to your main website: Existing networks can embed groups on WiserEarth into their websites, providing an online community space for visitors, members, volunteers and staff.

Help and support: WiserEarth has an active on-line help desk and ongoing group support to make things even easier.
