Add a group search check requirement before adding a new group

Problem
There is no robust group check requirement/mechanism on the add-a-group page, so duplicate groups could easily be created.
Solution
Add a group-check requirement in order to create a new group, just like the check requirement for new organizations.
Suggestion by sicjedi.
Yes. Perhaps we can integrate this in the "Enter your group name" box?
Kinda like the one we have for checking whether a URL has been used by another group or not.
But with an option to click on/review the displayed, existing groups that have similar name/content/activity.
