This is a wiki which aims to prepare for the worst scenarios of the disappearing credit markets. The intent is to prepare so that we do no harm to those who already have the least through no globalisation fault of their own making the 25 years since 1984 that macroeconomics spun credit around less and less trust - thus making an image out of the origin of the words meaning (generation through trust)

I will start literally with a wild email conversation -full of my own errors - kindly come and edit one error you see and which you are prepared to put your name to correcting

Question from JB:  What is your basis for  assumption that no global corporate sector will survive without a huge change in transparency, what are its implications and how does it relate to our discussion here?

What about the theory that nearly every country has enough resources to survive and even to some extent modestly prosper but rather it is the mindset of the western education "development" professionals that
keeps the country from properly allocating resources to solve problems and address issues of poverty and inaquate infrastructure

basis of assumption:

among people known to me with an expert testimony to make with what is wrong with the financial marklets, they all have a different expert reasons -it's as if the patient has been discovered to be systemically ill in many different ways

paradox:

yes in a way the earth's resources, the physical assets, the brilliant competences of people, the possibilities of the internet are not that different today than before the crisis was realised but there are no rules on what groups own what as soon as the world's largest entities turns out not to be able to pay its next bill

- but don't assume fairness is the natural state of sudden wholesale rule changes -  take the case my family tree speaks to of scotland around 1700; the people woke up to find half their economy had been invested an international bublbe; their fate a hostile takeover by England whose rule directly valued most scots as worth less than sheep which caused the majority of scots to have emigrated within 150 years; it also caused the 1843 launch of The Economist but that led to a whole different futures game

relevance:

firstly, its a time that everything is up for transparent renegotiation , so you better prepare that any voices which you are most concerned for have representation - I would NOT assume any voice does has until you identify its core and that it is known by whatever is the moral majority that is going to ensure voices are at the table

secondly, communities that are really strongly knit in looking after each other and which have their living assets near them have leverage that those without any identifiable community don't have, especially if these grounded communities of humanity can associate with each other

third, ok here I have a bias as for 25 years I have followed my father's published belief (from microeconomics consensus of The Economist as it was in 1984) that macroeconomics became disgraceful political chicanery polluted by mass media which actually slowly eroded all assumptions that adam smith's free market defintion was based on! (ie with no mathematical reality as trusted value exchanges other than that of being in power); for me the true genius of what bangladesh has worked on since 1976 is that its micro exchanges are grounded in real free market value hosted by at least 100000 true and fair professionals connecting exchnages of about 20 million women entrepreneurs with mobile technology used as an instrument for ensuring transparnecy as well as innovation of lowest cost and deepest human value; I expect some real community banking models still exist elsewhere too but their governance transparency will be mathematically equivalent to that which governs all true and fair micro trades - that's the opposite way round that global trades have had no human relaity other than computer alogorithms whose assumptions nobody can unravel any longer anyhow because they were not written on the outside for all to see and proofcheck- I did a long audio interview on why going micro to inter to macro is utterly different in compound conseqeunce from macro to inter to micro but I would recommend you spend 60 minutes listening to that unless this is something you feel you really want to question through

fourth, I will try to get my 6th audience with Dr Yunus when he's over in the UK in about 12 days time but I dont know quite what to ask in these necessarily hurried exchanges; first I can recheck that 'roughly' none of what I have written above is completely flawed; I think there is some question of how can several hundred of us train up on the specific bit of his lifetime experience that will most help us colaboratively guard communities we most deeply represent so their voices are included in this global reconstruction; and how can you perhaps start virtual microcredits amongst all those with the same micro vision of where we want humanity to get through as we have one last chamce to redesign what ways we are all connected- basically we have travelled since 1984 down a road designed to compound conseqeunces that are more and more orwellian , how do we turn back to people empowerment and the logics of schumachers 2 million fair trade global villages

4a I am not sure that it can wait this long but suppose not only the people who subscribe to the global summit  but other californian opinion leaders all signed a request to dr yunus to come (the day before or after the official 2009 LA dates) and film a day's training of everything  he would try and question to get seen befopre deciding how to redeasign global markets 2.0 - a learning by action debrief for empowermnt people , obama youth as well as california's power leaders all in one place and put on video; he's the sort of person who would respond favourably if he could see every constituency of california and how california mediates worlwide was asking for this- he has promised the citizen networks that he started  and which I volunteer to serveone 1000 person meeting if they will guarantee the 1000 people who come want to go and action something he knows how to help with

fifth, just ignore those  professins etcwhose conventioal wisdom caused this mess unless they truly declare to you at least one "error" they will help fix; luckily Obama starts with almost zero baggage in conventional wisdom globalisation, but its still a big ask to expect that networks will magically swirl round him and cure all the old corruptions inside the beltway or inside walled streets; however that ask becomes possible the more youth and others stand by his right to assert that we start with a clean sheet on everything - there's very little in the global system that was which one wants to keep however one wants to dismantle it in the way that does least harm to te most vulnerable; there are not many occasons in history when such wholesale chnage has been made taking care of the least vulnerable though I personally see a lot of skill in gandhi's revolution against empire that can be remapped if enough people choose to do so; great to know of other cases in history which achieved a fair total reconstitution if anyone alos knows them well enough to take questions on what were the key to do steps 

sixth, this could be a time for 2 different types of system mapmpakers to huddle, come up with suggestions then see if they can agree with each other; I have a problem that I am interested in system constructs that can be simply mapped in a see-through mathematical way hiding no assumptions, knowing exactly the limit of what they apply to and therefore their need to interface with other system constructs that accept their own limitations and those need for openness; about 85% that which po[pularly gets talked about by western chnage agents as system theory does not fit this maths/mapping level of foundation; its ultimately much more about defending some deep cultural way of interacting which would be ok if it realised that's good until you address the question of how 2 diverse cultures interact; no practice of what to do at boundaries between systems, no valid systems theory - at least not for mapping out network (of systems*systems) age
