Promote OpenWiser via WiserEarth
Problem: From time to time something comes along that would really benefit eveyone involved with WiserEarth. Here is a great example www.openwiser.org This is a campaign to raise the necessary funds to complete the development of the API (application programming interface). Many on WiserEarth would benefit from this work and the new applications it would inspire. How do we spread the work to all the group administrators and members of the WiserEarth?
Solution: Use WiserEarth to promote this campaign. This is a true community driven effort and it would be good to learn how we can use WiserEarth to support WiserEarth. How do we spread the word about this campaign?

Here's some thoughts on spreading the word within WiserEarth and beyond:
1. A start --> an event page for it: OpenWiser. Add it to your network. Add it to your groups. Comment on it and rate it. Use ShareThis button to spread the word beyond WiserEarth (email, facebook, twitter, linkedin, etc.)
2. Post this code in the chatterbox of your group:

It will produce the following hyperlinked message in it:
@Everyone: Check this out! --> OpenWiser3. Make a mention of it on your WiserEarth profile page. Copy paste the following banner:
4. Send a mesage on this to all your group members!
5. I think Peggy would be happy to include this on the quarterly newsletter broadcasted to all WiserEarth member.
6. Be the change! (Read --> donate!)
