Screening for Bugs

• Confirm multiple incidents through numerous complaints or questions.

• Determine user platform: Browser Type (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, etc.), Browser Version (6, 7, 4.2.3, etc.), Operating System (Windows, Mac, or Linux), Internet Connection (56k, DSL, Cable, T-1, etc.)
• Apply the common Troubleshooting techniques.
• Make an attempt to recreate the scenario described.
• Search the Reported Bugs to avoid duplication.

If all the above are true or validated, then post the bug on this page AND update the status of the reported issue in the Question Box.

• [05/12/2007] Bug in adding and searching organizations. Users can not add organizations that have more than one word. Also, users can not search for organizations using more than one word in the search. This was verified on a Mac OS 10.4.9 w/firefox version 2.0.0.3 and Windows XP w/firefox 2.0.0.4
