For new features designed by the WiserEarth users, it is important to include specific details in order that the developers understand the intent. The following describes what is necessary to make a clear concise tech ticket and move the feature forward.
- Objective: Clear explanation of the new feature.
- Current Situation: (If Applicable) Highlight the function that is currently in use on WE and why it is not sufficient.
- Purpose: Explain reason and purpose.
- User Scenario: Give an example to illustrate the feature.
- Market Research: List existing software that embodies or contain the element in question.
