Whale of a Time

1. Edit the organization listing by clicking on the [Edit] links after signing in to WiserEarth. You can add the further details, modify Areas of Focus, or put some images, videos and links in the About section. You can also view and revert back to previous versions of the page using the show history feature. Any WiserEarth editor can also help you with editing.

2. Upload pictures, videos, documents and other files by going to the Files & Photos tab. You can upload up to 50MB per file. You can also put them in folders. Indicating the existence of the files in the About section of the Main tab will help visitors find them.

3. Add the organization to your watchlist by clicking the watchlist link in the Actions box. This will allow you to monitor for edits and comments made on the organization page. Read the watchlist tutorial to make best use of this feature.

4. Add the organization to your group(s) by clicking the group link in the Actions box. This will help promote the organization in relevant groups throughout WiserEarth.

5. Comment and rate the organization by clicking the comment link in the Actions box. You will then be taken to the bottom part of the page where you can post your comment and rating.

Ratings allow members to quickly and easily identify content that they feel is particularly relevant or interesting to the greater community.  Members can rate items on a 1 to 5 scale, and will be required to enter a comment to explain what it is that their rating is about.  All ratings are aggregated into a score near the top right corner of the page. 6. Share an organization listing using various social bookmarking services, by blogging it, or by linking to your profile in popular social networking sites. Click on the button/link.
