What is needed: Connecting unheard/unseen people and populations with those people who can help provide that opportunity.

Examples: Young, Poor, and People of Color, not being in charge of discussions that affect their own lives.

Focus Problems:

• City's minorities/majorities
• Disconnect between decision makers and city's inhabitants

Next Steps:

• Cloud Foundation to mobilize arts organizations, artists, and churches, especially as it pertains to the epidemic of murders in the city -- make it so obvious that it can no longer be ignored
• Define those issues that can best be put "in people's faces" through arts/technology/performance/ & recognizing which arts/technologies work well where
• "Art Attacks" Program -- utilize mobile base of artists to accomplish this task
