Transition Towns
I am extending an invite to GSC to join transition teams in Consciousness Shift. Transition Towns
is an internatioal collection of communities who are following concepts outlined in the Transition Initiative to create communities which are engaged in developing resilient community based locally sustainable communities, focusing on retraining, developing energy solutions as well as living and health care solutions. With its backgound in projects in developing countries which focus on real life bottom up solutions to progress and sustainability, GSC could provide much needed expertise and guidance, and perhaps be instrumental in workinhg with local government, groups and agencies in successfully establishing Transition Towns throughout the US.
