Measuring Traffic to Group Pages

Is there a way I can find out the traffic - by day/week/month at a group page. It would be very help to know that kind of information. I could then gage my efforts and also gage what worked and what didn't.

There currently isn't a way to gage site traffic at a group page level. However, it would be worth looking at someone like Google Analytics to see if we could add in some site statistic tracking at a smaller site level. In the interim, there may be a way to add a page counter to the site (which doesn't count the search crawlers)
