Customize Your Group's Home Page
1.
Select Admin Tools in the top right corner of anygroup page
2. Click on Customize Layout.
3. To add content modules, select Add Content link. Available modules will appear.
4. Drag and drop the modules you would like to appear on your group's home page.
5. To remove content modules, click the X in the top right corner of any content
box.
6. To rearrange the order or location of the content modules, place your mouse over the blue boxes and drag them to where you want them on the group page.
7. You can change the Title of any of your content sections by editing the text box. For example, you could rename 'Group Members' to be whatever you want. You can also change the number of items shown by selecting the arrow next to Items.
A Few Tips
- - Don't forget the bulletin board, it is a great way to make announcements to members and keep your group fresh. It can only be edited by group editors and administrators.
- You can always re-add content modules if you change your mind later by going back to the Add Content link.
- Arrange the information boxes in your group by the most content rich and most often used at the top.

I tried to post some content into the Bulletin board with no luck. I am an admin of the group, currently its only member and would love to post a notice for when people begin to arrive!! Any thoughts.

As you continue to great work of broadening WiserEarth's operability, I'm hoping that rss feeds/readers as well as doc posting and group emailing by administrators/moderators will come online. It hadn't occurred to me that the latter two were not yet standard before I built our initial space. Now, I feel at a slight disadvantage over my fellow moderators over at Yahoo Groups.
That said, my aim is to support and grow this community along with the platform you've generously devised. THANK YOU for your work! Wishing you many thrills ahead!!! Janna |

We now have RSS for discussion threads and file uploading feature for just almost any WiserEarth entity (including groups).

Are you "logged in" to WiserEarth?
If you are, you should see the blue "edit" link at the top-right corner of the bulletin board. Click it and you should be able to post content. If you are logged in but can not see the "edit" link, this may be a "bug" in WE's software, so please report it in the "Feedback >> Questions" forum @ http://wiserearth.org/forum/view/Questions
