User better chronological sort label

In discussions (example), the sort options of "Ascending" and "Descending" for comments I don't think are very clear as far what it means exactly. I would suggest using "Newest" and "Oldest" instead. For example, "Sort by: Newest" would mean that you will see the newest posts first.

PS: I just noticed this in discussions, but the above might apply more globally.
