Several things to consider and edit:

.... to editors@wiserearth.org? This would be another folder in the inbox, and another type of response email to add.
2. Also, can you explain how we may convert the normal emails to "plain text" emails? Remove all hyperlinks? Add all URLs as text? Would that be enough? Can it be different in wording? Simply adding [URL] to where a hyperlink existed seems to be cluttering the email at some sections. So we may want to restructure the sentences a bit. I'll go ahead and add my edits on this to see how things look. Please revert back if this is not ok.
3. For easy mention, changed naming from versin 1 and version 2 to version A and version B (so it goes along with assigned tracking URL from Arash). So, we have email 1 ~ 8 each containing version A and B. After testing with 250 orgs for each version (A & B), and find out which is better at getting people to (1) view their listing and/or (2) edit their listing, we will then only have email 1 ~ 8.
