Child and Youth Protection Child and youth protection refers to society's responsibility to protect children and youth from threats, be it physical abuse or lack of access to basic needs such as food, and to protect the rights of children to be free from harm.

Hi I'm in a situation where after 3 years of legal engagement I discover that regardless if children was sexually abused by there biological fater....here in South Africa......He has the right to contact, regardless if they want it, regardless if the criminal case is still pending. I can not afford to fight his civil case for contact, thus he natuarlly and coruptly wins contact. I need help and advise urgently |
